With this commitment to give back to his community, Mario has devoted himself to protecting the rights of clients who have suffered discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). He is dedicated to representing those who have been denied basic rights and access to public accommodations and use of public utilities. The ADA has given Mario the ability to ensure that disabled Americans are not discriminated against on the basis of their disability and that they receive the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation. He provides every client with aggressive, energetic, and zealous legal representation to ensure any person or entity who owns, leases, or operates a place of public accommodation is ADA compliant.

Mario is a Senior Partner of JOMARRON | LOPEZ and is the managing attorney of the first and third party departments. His litigation experience in the fields of Personal Injury Litigation, Premises Liability, Construction Law, Medical Malpractice, Property Litigation, Nursing Home Litigation, and Products Liability (which includes Chinese/American Drywall cases) has given him the ability to handle clients’ issues with efficiency and effectiveness to obtain successful outcomes. Mario has handled wrongful death cases involving different insureds in cases ranging from automobile negligence to premises liability claims. He also represented clients in construction cases from injuries in work sites to property dry wall multi-district litigation.

In 2002, Mario began defending property claims as well as concentrating on hurricane claims and complex contractual issues arising from said claims. This experience has led him to be uniquely qualified to handle property claims ranging from standard losses to complex commercial property claims for insureds. He also handles automobile negligence cases ranging from single vehicle accidents to large commercial vehicle cases. He keeps honing his ability to assess both sides of cases by also doing defense work for a large commercial retailer.
