Andrew R. Kleppinger, Esq.
Mr. Kleppinger has been a lawyer and member of the Florida Bar since 2003. He is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to his work with JOMARRON | LOPEZ, Mr. Kleppinger worked with a boutique Coral Gables law firm representing local municipalities and public employees in civil rights disputes under the First and Fourth Amendments to the United States Constitution. He started his legal practice in the Miami office of a multi-state law firm defending the interests of local, national, and multi-national corporations and business owners in premises liability and first-party property claims.
Mr. Kleppinger earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he was a student in the Summer Study Program at University College London and handed pre-trial civil litigation as a clerk for a Miami civil litigation law firm. Mr. Kleppinger also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from James Madison University. As an undergraduate student, he was an active member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and enrolled in the Semester in Washington, D.C., Program at Boston University. While living in Washington, D.C., Mr. Kleppinger worked full-time in constituent relations for the D.C. office of a congressman from his home state of Pennsylvania.
